It was working last week, but this week shipping is no longer working on our site which is obviously a problem.

I have "Estimate shipping" enabled and all the correct settings (nothing has changed that I am aware of) - but now it comes up saying "shipping not required" when checking out.
No modules have been installed, nothing has been changed other than "topic" pages.
Any suggestions?
