I have a downloadable product and when I order it and click the download link on the order details I get the following message...
You have reached maximum number of downloads 10
I have the max downloads set to unlimited on the configuration so it doesn't make sense. I've also noticed on the order details product tab it says Number of downloads: 0 and when I click on reset it stays at 0.
