nopcommerce footer removal

To make the story short I paid the fee for nopcommerce footer removal.
All well I follow the instructions from the email delete file .......... from location........
Well after I deleted the footer file my store crapped out ..... so much for the $50 I paid to get headaches....if i knew I wouldn t have touched it.
Now my message when you go to the store  is "We're sorry, an internal error occurred that prevents the request to complete.
Our supporting staff has been notified with this error and will address this issue shortly. We profusely apologize for the inconvenience and for any damage this may cause. You might want to try the same action at later time. "

How do I fix this? The footer file was deleted ......I am agravated as I had people who wanted to get into the store calling me.

The error is caused because the Footer view was deleted (file location: Views/Shared/Footer.cshtml). Restore or recreate the file at this location.

Thank you for the fast reply, I ve found a original copy of the file and restore it, the e mail was confusing, it dit not say remove  ( delete ) lines from the file but refering more as "delete" the file.
Now it is more clear.

One more question with what can I edit cshtml file?
With any word document it seems that is read only does not allow edit.
