Can not add a View in VS 2013 and nopCommerce 3.9

Hi,

I download the latest version of nopCommerce and open it in Visual Studio 2013. I add Model, Controller and at the end I want to add View (Empty without model) and get bellow error:
There was an error running the selected code generator: "FluentValidation" already has a dependency defined for "System.Collections".

Please help how to solve this issue. Thank you!

I also got the same error anyone who can get this solved
