Changing: Pictures are stored into... From database to File System

Hello,

I just joined this company and our store is hosted on nopcommerce.

I have a question about this setting:
Pictures are stored into...  

It's currently set to Database and I don't think that's a very good idea in the long run in terms of performance. If I were to switch it to File System, would all of the product images automatically move to file system and still be active on the website, or would I need to re-upload everything?

Version 3.80

When you change Database to filesystem then you have to upload all your image into file system.

Currently nopCommerce dont have any functionality like convert binary to actual image and put it on file system.
