Why Do you choose TinyMCE ( http://www.tinymce.com/ ) and not ( http://ckeditor.com/ )?

I think CKEditor actually was the choice in previous versions.

I'm thinking of replacing TinyMCE with Telerik.  Is this easy?  Where would I start?
