Speed Up Page loading.

Hello Friends

I am frustrated with page loading .I have hosted my site nop 3.20 on dedicated server(16gb ram,MS 2012R@,Intel xeaon 2.60ghz) but site opening 8 to 10s(avg) that is very slow.I expecting 2 to 3s ,I have set caching and expired header and all others setting which is important  for speed up. But end of day page loading very slow.Can any body suggest me how can I improve my site faster.

Try to upgrade it to 3.6, or at least install a clean test for 3.6 on your server to see if it really helps on the performance. It's the fastest Nop ever.

Now I am not going to upgrade the version .Is there any other way to improve performance .I have done caching and image compression and etc. but no result. How to improve waiting time of web site. Please help

See if its a memory issue try running the site in 32 bit mode if Memory is an issue.

I was having the same issue with my VPS server with 4GB ram and 2 cpu cores.
The APP POOL (IIS 10) Start Mode was set to OnDemand. Changing it to Always Running, reduces the load time for my application from 30+ seconds to 327 MS...
