How do I find out what discount code was used when a customer placed an order. Under the Order tab, only the discount amount is listed, not which code was used. We have a number of different codes customers can use and would like to keep track of who uses which.
Thank you, but we have over 20 discount codes so going through all of them to find which was used seems like a lot of work. Is there another way to learn which discount codes are used? Maybe a report that lists them? Or from their order report? I really appreciate your help!
Unfortunately I have not figured out a better solution. I have to go through every discount code and click usage history until I find which one was used.
