How to display unlimited quantity products shown under categories?

The quantity of products displayed on my home page will scroll limitlessly, an unlimited number of products. However, when viewing products when clicking to view them under a category, it limits the quantity show and not all the produced mapped to that specific category. Where and how do I change this setting to not limit the categorized product?
