Hello,
We have large items that all require truck freight shipping. Is it possible to configure this software to let folks go through ordering and adding items to thier shopping cart and once they click on checkout get a message saying an authorized sales person will call them back with a shipping / trucking quote within 24 hours and continue taking their credit card information if they then want to follow through with placing the order.

You could probably use a single Shipping Method - e.g. create name="Freight", description = "A salesperson will call..."
Then use Shipping Rate Computation Method "Fixed Rate Shipping" and set it to $0
