Customer Notification emails
If I go into Message Templates and unmark the “Is Active” for the following:
OrderCompleted.CustomerNotification
OrderDelivered.CustomerNotification
OrderShipped.CustomerNotification
Will this stop the customer from receiving the emails when updates are made to the customer account? I only want the email for the order placed to go to the customer. I currently use a different shipping program and we send out shipping notifications from the other program. I don’t want to inundate the customer with emails.
