Modify Invoice & Packing Slip

Where do I find the code to modify the font and format of the invoice?

I want to add my logo to the invoice and remove some of the field names that appear in the default version (items like Name: and Address: etc)

I'm just getting started with nop so helpful hints are most appreciated :)

Hi:

Aren't the invoices configurable via the Admin console?
Are the various emails that are sent to the customer thoughout the order lifecycle also configurable?
