Forum Subscriptions - How to subscribe?

I set admin/config/settings/forum settings.... To "allow users to subscribe. But, I dont see a place to subscribe?

I dont see a link in the forum?

I went to "My Acct" and I see the "Forum Subscriptions" link. When clicking that, it states:

My account - Forum subscriptions
You are not currently subscribed to any forums

I posted in the forum. That is set to Users Must Register.

Nevermind.

To subscribe. I simply "Watch Topic".
