Other Database Integration with NOPCommerce (Other than MSSQL)

Can anybody please let me know If I can use any other Database, like Postgre or MySQL with the NOPCommerce application ?

With some minor changes (config, code and stored proc) you can. Entity Framework supports a couple of databases. Check this post.
